No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls
Whole Wheat Flour – Filling, Intense Cocoa Snack
Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup date paste
• 2 tablespoons tahini
• 1/4 cup finely ground walnuts
• 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
• 1 teaspoon coffee (as a flavoring)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• For topping: Coconut, cocoa powder, or chia seeds
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead until well mixed.
2. Once the mixture becomes sticky but manageable, shape it into balls the size of a walnut.
3. Optionally, roll the balls in coconut, cocoa powder, or chia seeds.
4. Let the balls rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Storage and Usage Suggestions:
It offers a light dessert alternative that pairs well with tea or coffee time.
Thanks to its high fiber and healthy fat content, it provides a long-lasting feeling of fullness.
